When I say "Do something about it", I mean, say something -IN- the raid. Don't bitch about it on forums or in whispers or in the officer channel when there's noone online.

That it's not working it THE OFFICERS fault, not the raiders.
Since it's the officers it's dependant on.

I've never, -ever-, seen or heard you say anything about loot-dividing in a raid. Ever.
I haven't either, but hey, I'm not an officer. I don't have to.

Attendance based system are fine "In theory", but as long as they don't factor in newly started players, it's not worth crap.

You could in theory say the same about Dictatorship, Slavery and Anarchy.

Fact is, no matter whether I've tried it or not, I'm, like so many other people, smart enough to see the flaws in the system.
I find the flaws in DKP to be too numerous and too serious.
Therefore, I say No.
You're free to enjoy the prosperous lands of DKP all that you want. But it'll be without me, as I've stated multiple times already.

And yes. I do realise that Dictatorship, Slavery and Anarchy are slightly more serious issues than DKP, and no, I'm not comparing them.
I'm simply making a point. You can know something's wrong without trying it, if you just take a moment to look at the facts.

indeed, tho i like the idea of loot council, maybe because i always used that and its fair and easy. dont take that long.. but Rolling is the most easiest thing, officers / guild leader should just be aware of the most raiding people should have prio since we dont want a first timer getting the loot we been waiting for 3 weeks..

Well, honestly I'd say DKP Instead of Loot Council, as much as I'd prefer Performance = Loot, system.

DKP, is because then will give the people who actually attends to raids to get access to Loot, by the DKP, as not newcomers which can Come, Roll, Gear and in the end Leave.

And the Loot councill doesn't really work here? No offense to the Officers who are actually supposed to have a look. But, apparently at the moment it's just N / G Loot.

So, I either vote for Performance = Loot, or DKP
