BG Raids - Planned PvP

Hey guild

I was thinking about asking you, if anyone would be interrested in doing some planned PvP where we group up for BG's like WG, AB and EotS - and some day perhaps AV.

All I want is that we get some tactics into the pvp element and that you can actully win a BG like EotS - And I think that if we sort out the PuG newbs and own the BG's by ourself, you could actully win BG's like EotS.

I was hoping that enough wanted to do this, we could get it on caldendar and perhaps once or two times a week have 1-2 hours of intense PvP'ing, where we beat up some Alliance. Perhaps two - three times a week, so we could do them all or atleast do those people need!

So if you wanna help me realize this plan, please respond or give some feedback.
